Many countries have a national strategy for global competitiveness - New Zealand has the opportunity to make strategic choices about our brand and position in this new economy.

In this talk, Laurence Millar will outline his view of New Zealand's strengths and weaknesses in the digital economy, and describe an agenda for future national development.
